Managing Metadata Tables on a Nominode

You can use the Metadata section of your Nominode to create and update metadata tables for the data sets that your Tasks interact with.

Creating a Metadata Connection for Nominode data

  1. Click on Connections in the middle of the left hand navigation menu of your Nominode.
  2. Set the Project Select field at the top of the page to default.
  3. Click on the Create Connection button in the upper right hand corner of the page.
  4. Select NomNom:Metadata in the Create Connection dialog.
  5. Click on the Create button.
  6. The values needed for the Connection depend on what is specified in the [DATABASE] section of the config.ini file in the nominode folder on your Nominode.  The rest of these steps use the default values.  Replace with your Nominode's specific values if they have been changed from default.

Creating a Metadata Table

  1.
