Managing Users on a Nominode
Adding a New User
- Open https://my.nomnomdata.com and click on the Login button in the upper right hand corner of the website.
- Log in using your Nom Nom Data account.
- Select Nominodes under the Manage menu in the upper right hand area of the website.
- Click on the name of the Nominode where you would like to add new people.
- Click on the Add User button in the Users section of the page.
- Type in the e-mail address associated with the Nom Nom Data account of the person that you would like to add.
- Select the Role (Admin or User) that will determine the person's level of access for this Nominode.
- Click on the Add User button.
- The person that you have added will receive an e-mail invitation with instructions for how to access your Nominode.
Each Nominode has a unique list of users. New users need to be added individually to each Nominode that you would like for them to access.
Modifying Existing Users
- There is currently no way to modify information within existing user accounts.
Deleting Users
- Open https://my.nomnomdata.com and click on the Login button in the upper right hand corner of the website.
- Log in using your Nom Nom Data account.
- Select Nominodes under the Manage menu in the upper right hand area of the website.
- Click on the name of the Nominode where you would like to remove people.
- Locate the username of person that you would like to remove in the Users section of the page.
- Click on the Remove (or Revoke, if the person has not yet accepted their invitation) button in the Delete column for the username.
